Although used, this Hartley Fence is in very good condition.  I have used it for making circles with my Millennium.  This Fence is the older model, with the turning knob for locking/braking the device (not the lever break).  The Fence is perfect for stitching concentric circles, or for creating the circle portion of a feathered wreath.  New models of the Hartley Fence are quoted at $595.00.  This is a very good investment for your business if you're looking for "something more."
